More than just a Day Care
Bethany Day Care Center was founded in 1974 as a ministry of Bethany Bible Church. The church is at the heart of what we do! It is our hope that you and your family will not only find a safe place for the care & education of your child but also a place to call home as part of our church family.
Along with our childcare, Kindergarten, & other programs, the church has many exciting opportunities for your kids throughout the year including an annual Winter Carnival, Trunk-or-Treat, Fall Festival, B3 Basketball program, AWANA Kids Club and more!
Come join us on a Sunday morning at 11am for service while your kids can attend a fun, interactive children’s program!
Since 1974
We began in 1974 under the vision and oversight of Mrs. Vesta Losen who retired in August 2016. Cherie Losen, who has worked at BDCC for over 25 years, took over as the Director in 2016. Since opening, we have cared for over 7,000 children!
The current building was constructed in 1998 and includes 5 classrooms, an office area, a kitchen, great room and gymnasium. We have several outdoor play areas as well.

Our Staff
All of our staff members complete a background check & child safety course. Screenings are done according to Michigan Licensing regulations. Fingerprinting and FBI background checks have been completed. You can trust your children are in good hands!
Cherie Losen
Cherie is the Day Care Director, she has worked at Bethany Day Care Center since 1986. She and her husband Kevin have been married for over 30 years and are both involved in the ministries of Bethany Bible Church. They have 3 children and 8 grandchildren.
